with yourself and others by understanding your patterns, honoring your needs, and learning to love without losing yourself.
SAFE is a roadmap for anyone who’s ever felt stuck in painful relationship patterns and longed for deeper connection. Learn how to heal attachment wounds, create safety in your nervous system, and build the secure relationships you deserve, inside and out.
My work is focused on helping people like you build a meaningful, embodied connection with yourself so you can understand your core patterns, feel safer in your body, and create more secure, fulfilling relationships.
I’m the founder of The Relationship Institute of Palm Beach, a therapy practice, and Conscious Relationship Group, an online coaching platform. I’m also the author of Anxiously Attached, and my newest book, SAFE, which expands this work by guiding readers toward deeper emotional safety, nervous system regulation, and more secure connection with themselves and others.
